WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
A full refund of merchandise cost will only be considered within Seven(7) business days of it's receipt and thirty days(30) for an exchange. A refund/exchange will not be processed after the respective time period has elapsed. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for both a full refund and an exchange. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
An email confirmation will be sent when your items are shipped and will include a tracking number. Upon receipt of your tracking number, you will be able to go directly to the carrier's site to view exactly where your package is.
WHEN MAKING AN EXCHANGE, WHO WILL PAY SHIPPING COST?
All original and handling fees are non-refundable. To make an exchange, you will be required to pay shipping fees and upon confirmation that we have received your exchange in it's original condition, we will be happy to ship your item back for free. Please read our exchange/shipping policy.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Typically, order delivery time varies from 3-10 business days for US and up to 3 weeks for international after it has shipped, excluding holidays. For an estimated shipping date please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The time of delivery is also dependent on the efficiency of the Postal service in your local area.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
Orders are shipped within one-two (1-2) business days after order is made. Tracking information will be provided in your shipment confirmation email and can also be provided on demand.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal. If paying with PayPal, you can choose to pay with your bank account, however, this may delay your order. All payments are securely processed by one of the world's leading and most trusted payment processors, Stripe which is provided by Shopify.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE US?
We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, England and the Cayman Islands however other locations may be considered. All orders must be placed from a US address or Canadian address for shipping to a US or Canadian destinations respectively.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING RATE TO CANADA?
We allow our customers the option to choose the cost for shipping to Canada by using USPS and UPS calculated carriers option at checkout. The cost will vary depending on the weight and location (address).
